Terms of using Boop

Boop is a private mutual-intent app for adults eighteen and over, for people you already know. By using Boop you agree to use it only to signal interest in people you already know, not to harass, stalk, spam, impersonate, or repeatedly contact someone who has not signalled mutual interest.

Adding people and using contacts

You may add people manually by phone number or pick from your contacts as a convenience. The contact picker is for intentional adding only. You may not use Boop or its contact picker to enumerate, probe, scrape, or build lists of who is on Boop.

Verification and account

You agree to provide a real phone number you control for the one-time SMS verification used during signup. Boop is provided as an early MVP web app; features and availability may change.

Misuse and jurisdiction

Misuse, including attempting to identify anonymous senders, or abusing the adding, inviting, status visibility, contact, or quota systems, may result in account restriction or suspension. Boop is governed by Swedish law. The full terms below cover data handling, deletion rights, account integrity, acceptable use, and dispute resolution.

Boop is live as an early MVP. It is free to use, Sweden-first, 18+, and built as a web app you can install on iPhone (Add to Home Screen via Safari) and Android (Chrome install prompt). The core Boop loop stays free: send an anonymous Boop, reveal only if it is mutual, and chat when it becomes mutual. No public search. No people-you-may-know feed. No stranger browsing. You choose who to add to your private list.
